About Kaizen Vision

Kaizen is a Japanese philosophy that embodies small incremental continuous improvements for the betterment of the whole. It seeks to eliminate excess and optimize efficiency. It’s most frequently seen in the business world as a productivity system that humanizes the workforce.

I aim to live life with a kaizen vision, seeing my life as a work in progress and opening myself up to continuous small improvements for an ever-evolving fulfilling life. The focus on this site is on personal kaizen, small continuous improvements of life processes. Kaizen includes making changes, monitoring results and adjusting. It emphasizes well-being and it’s a powerful strategy for change since it encourages small improvements that are easier to stick with. The cumulative effect of continuous but small change is tremendous.

My hope is that this site encourages you to live with a similar vision in your life so that your life’s journey is fulfilling, expansive and ever-growing. Here is what you will continue to find articles and tips on:

Kaizen Vision is a place to find inspiration & motivation. It has helpful tips and articles, shares stories, it asks questions to that reflect on your own life, it has quotes, affirmations and poetic musings to Inspire, Empower, Improve, Grow

About Me: Throughout my life, I have simply sought out to live deeper experiences and I love nothing more than sharing life’s possibilities with others. I love to grow, I love to encourage others to grow, I love going beyond my own limitations, and I love being along side another who goes beyond their limitations. I am a creative spirit who loves the performing arts and everything creative. Performing was my life for many years until I decided to enter the world of corporate sales and marketing. Currently I focus on marketing and  business development for local businesses. I do, however, still find time to dance and perform for fun!

After 20+ years of following inspirational teachers like: Louise L. Hay, Marianne Williamson, Dr. Wayne Dyer, Abraham Hicks, Anthony Robbins, Ernest Holmes, Deepak Chopra, Norman Vincent Peal, Dale Carnegie, Zig Ziglar and others… I have learned how to grow and re-create my life. Constant small improvements made consistently over time.

I never did experience that one grand day when the clouds parted and sun shone brightly and my life was changed forever. It happened much more slowly and far less dramatically. I wouldn’t have minded having the dramatic boom, but that wasn’t my experience and for most people I know, it wasn’t theirs either.
